Pest control for houses, duplexes and condos. We explain what we found, what we'll do and when we'll be back, in English or Spanish.

What are you seeing?
Which language should we answer in?

We answer during office hours, by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Cockroaches
  • Termites
  • Ants
  • Mice and rats
  • Mosquitoes

The two calls we always get

Cockroaches and termites, in English and Spanish

This page exists in both languages, so your family, your neighbor or your board can read it.

  • Cockroaches

The big ones many people here call palmetto bugs come up through drains and gaps, especially in the rainy months. We look for the way in before we treat.

  • Termites

From spring into early summer they take wing, often at dusk. We check wood, frames and roof, and give you a written report that is not a guarantee.

Condos and boards

A board decides, but every unit opens its own door

For a building we coordinate written notices to each unit, the dates of each round and a report for the board with what was found and where.

  • A written notice to each unit before the round

  • A report for the board with what was found and where

  • One person in the office for the manager

A visit

Four steps, always in this order

  1. 01

    We inspect

Inside and out: kitchen, bathrooms, drains, windows, the base of the walls and the roof.

  2. 02

    We identify

We name the pest, because the bait or treatment depends on which one it is and where it is.

  3. 03

    We treat

Licensed applicators follow the product label. We tell you which areas to keep clear and for how long.

  4. 04

    We prevent

Gaps, damp spots and food go in the report, with what you can change.

How the estimate is worked out

No figures here, because every home is different. This is what decides the number.

  • What decides the price

The size of the home or unit, the pest, how much there is and how many visits it takes.

  • What the estimate includes

What we found, what we'll do, how many visits and what's left out, all in writing.

  • What happens at the visit

We inspect and explain. If the inspection has a charge, we tell you by phone before we come.

  • When you get the number

After the inspection and before the work starts, in writing.

Questions

What people ask on the first call

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the home or unit, which pest it is and how many visits it takes. After the inspection you get the number in writing, before we start. The estimates page explains how we work it out.

Do I need to be home?

For the first visit, you or someone you trust, because we check inside. For routine outside visits, not always: we agree on it beforehand.

What about my kids and pets?

Our licensed applicators follow each product's label. We tell you which areas to keep clear and for how long, and if you like, we give you the list of what we use.

How long until I see results?

In most homes cockroaches and ants thin out within days or weeks; termites and rodents take longer. It varies by pest and by home, and your report says what to expect.

What if they come back between visits?

Call us. We look at what changed and what we missed, and tell you what comes next. If a follow-up visit applies, its terms are in writing in your estimate.

Do you work with condos and boards?

Yes. We deal with the board or the manager, send a written notice to each unit and leave a report after every round. There's a page for that.

Shall we talk?

Tell us what you see, and we'll tell you what's next

On WhatsApp you can send a photo. On the phone a person from the office answers.
