Condos and boards

Pest control for buildings, with the board in the loop

A building isn't a big house: the board authorizes the common areas, each owner or tenant decides about their unit and someone has to tell everyone. Idania, in the office, coordinates that with the manager.

  • One contact in the office for the manager

  • Notices in Spanish and English for residents

  • A report for each round, with the common areas marked

How we coordinate a building

  1. 01

Step 1: Walk-through with the manager

Common areas, trash rooms, garages, roof and units with complaints.

  2. 02

Step 2: A written proposal for the board

What gets done, where, how many rounds and what's left out.

  3. 03

Step 3: Notice to each unit

Date, what will be done and what the resident should do, in Spanish and English.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The round

Our crew goes in with the manager or after notice. Units that didn't open are noted.

  5. 05

Step 5: Report for the board

What was found, where, what was done and what's next.

Who decides what

A unit, a building, two ways to decide

It depends on each condo's declaration. Here is what usually happens; your manager knows the specifics.

What the board receives

  • Proposal

Scope, rounds and exclusions before anything is approved.

  • Calendar

Dates by building or floor, so residents get notice in time.

  • Report for each round

What was found, where, what was done and which units didn't open.

Questions from boards and managers

Who signs, the board or the manager?

Whatever your declaration and board say. We prepare the proposal for whoever has to approve it.

What about units that don't open?

They're noted in the report and a new date is agreed with the manager.

Can you write notices in Spanish and English?

Yes. We write them in both languages and the manager hands them out.

Are you on the board or the management?

Tell us how many units the building has and what has been seen. Idania will answer.
