What decides the price
Four things change the number.
The size of the home or unit
The pest and how much there is
Whether it's inside, outside or both
How many visits it takes
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
It's all in writing.
Includes: what was found, what will be done and how many visits
Doesn't include: repairing damage, or pests not named in the report
What happens at the visit
We inspect and explain. If the inspection has a charge, we tell you by phone before we come, and whether it is credited to the service.
After hours
We don't have a night line. You can message us on WhatsApp any time and we answer during office hours.
When you get the number
After the inspection and before we start, in writing. If something changes along the way, we tell you before we do it.
How and when you pay
It's agreed in the estimate: what is paid before the first service and what after each visit.
